All the materials used for ZibuDesigns ceramic items are non-toxic, and are microwaves and dishwasher safe, although I do recommend dusting or washing manually to prevent chipping and to extend its life.

We provide all Dream Catchers purchase with a pair of hooks for wall hanging.

Please keep the Dream Catcher and other ceramic items away from young children, they are precious and we want to make sure your children will remain safe.

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged by UPS for insurance purposes.

Upon request and as a service to your order, I can add and personalised message on a unique gift card and I will gift wrap your item with no additional charge for any purchase above 200$.

Customers satisfaction is very important to me and I answer any questions or concerns.

Due to the nature of handmade ceramic and glaze, imperfections occur, adding to the distinctive appearance and uniqueness of the piece.

You should know though, that when ordering you're getting the exact same piece that you see on the picture.

Only the colours may look SLIGHTLY different, depending on the screen.

ZibuDesigns is open to ship anywhere in the world, just contact me to check the specific fees according to your shipping address.

I do my best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, keeping the item's safety, delivery time and your convenience in mind for the best service.

The service includes a tracking number to follow up on your new purchase and an insurance that you will get in the shipping notice.

Shipping of each additional item in the same package, will cost you much less.

Should you prefer another method, just let me know and I will respect whatever method you chose to pay for.

Kindly note that each shipment leaving Canada goes out with a proper shipping and customs Declaration form that clearly and legally identifies item(s) and an approximate value.

As THE BUYER, you are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any such fees that may apply to your purchase. Kindly inquire with your country's customs office prior to purchasing.

Also, there might be delays due to custom procedures and holidays.

Any item can be returned if for some reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me with 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it, so that I can make things right.

Additionally, after contacting me, I ask that you ship back the item in question back to ZibuDesigns within 21 (twenty one) days of receiving the item.

Once I have received your shipment and determine that the item is in a good condition, a refund will be processed, minus any shipping fees.

I use secure insured post services and I carefully pack each item, but if an item is damaged or lost, I will return both the price of the item and the shipping fee.
